CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellation: We ask that you provide a 24 hour notice if you are unable to attend your appointment. We will gladly find time to reschedule you. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled after 24 hours will result in a cancellation fee. This fee will be equal to 50% of the service that was booked. Because we understand that emergencies happen, the first no-show and late cancellation fee can be waived. NO- CALL - NO SHOW will be charged 100% of service and will be blocked from further booking. LATE ARRIVAL: Clients should arrive 5 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment time. All appointments begin and end on time so the next client is not delayed. If the service time is delayed but the service can still be performed, the treatment time will be reduced accordingly. The full service amount will still be charged. There is a 5 minute grace period. After 5 minutes, $10 will be applied to your balance.
